We're a small team of refurbishment engineers and IT buyers based in India. We source enterprise-class machines from corporate lease returns and verified resellers, then run each unit through the same 5-step QC documented on our /process page.

01How long have you been refurbishing hardware?
Our team has been sourcing, testing, and listing refurbished IT hardware since 2018. We've served thousands of customers across India — from individuals buying their first laptop to IT teams rolling out 200-unit deployments.
02Where is the business based, and can I visit?
We're an online business — every conversation starts on WhatsApp, every order ships through reputed couriers. We don't maintain a walk-in showroom, which keeps our overheads (and our prices) low.
03Are you a registered business?
Yes. We are a registered business; full legal entity details are at the /legal/grievance page as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020.
04Do you take custom orders or bulk requests?
Yes — bulk and custom orders are a core part of the business. Share your shortlist on WhatsApp (models + quantities + timeline) and we'll come back with availability, lead time and per-unit pricing.
05What's your environmental claim?
Extending the life of an enterprise-class machine by 2-3 years can cut its lifetime carbon footprint compared to manufacturing a new equivalent. We keep hardware in use instead of in a landfill.
06Do you offer technical support after purchase?
We're responsive on WhatsApp for basic troubleshooting, driver queries, and parts sourcing. The cosmetic grade on every listing tells your IT team exactly what to expect when the unit arrives.
07What brands do you stock?
We carry Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, IBM, and other enterprise brands. Our focus is on professional-grade equipment built for reliability and longevity.
